Elaine Graves, CPA

Elaine Graves has worked in the public accounting field since 1980. She has been with the firm since 1982 and currently serves as a firm stockholder and director. Elaine has extensive experience in providing tax, audit, review, compilation, and agreed-upon procedure engagements to governmental entities, nonprofits, closely held businesses, and individuals. She also specializes in providing audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, single audits, and regulatory filing and reporting with the Delaware Public Service Commission. Her extensive knowledge and experience gives her special insights into the business, financial and tax concerns of her clients.

Elaine is a graduate from the University of Delaware where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with honors in 1980. She is a member of the Delaware Society of Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs. Her active and prior civic memberships include various committee and leadership roles for the Cannon Mennonite Church, Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church, and the Woodbridge Soccer Club. She enjoys family time with her husband and three sons, reading, pets of all persuasions, flower gardening, and sky gazing.
